My Baby Niece
Hello all. This is going to be quick, but I am very very happy. I met my baby niece today, and she is perfect and beautiful. Lots of dark hair, and big dark eyes, and great big hands. She's up to 9lb1 at 10 days old. She is a nice greedy baby, and a happy sleeper, usually under the blanket which took me three months to knit for her. I'm glad my knitted-in love seeds are always next to our baby girl. She is fabulous and we all love her very, very much.

She helped with my broodiness though! She is beautiful, and I cuddled and kissed her to pieces, but she is hard work. And Bigbro and Jetta talk about things like poo and millilitres of feed and she can be very noisy. A baby would mean no more nipping to the pub. Crikey!

Any prayers for Jetta would be welcomed. She seemed a bit tired and down. She had a very hard labour experience and her mother is undergoing chemo at the moment. Please pray her mother makes good progress and that she gets used to being a mummy. She loves baby N very much, but I think things are a bit tough for her. Bigbro is the world's most enthusiastic dad!!
